Please check all product care labels for the suitable care instructions to each specific product. When not in use we recommend you store your bag in its dust bag to avoid any damage.
Our wax bags are designed to age with wear, please look after your wax bag and clean with a damp sponge only with no detergent, please be careful not to get the leather wet. Keep away from direct sunlight. Wax may transfer on to lighter garments with prolonged use. You can reproof your wax bag to keep the water resistant properties.
Our high quality nylon bags are water resistant and need to be cleaned with a damp sponge only with no detergent, please be careful to not get the leather wet.
Water can also discolour the bag, if your bag gets wet please pat down the bag with dry paper towels and leave to dry naturally.
Our leather bags are made with carefully chosen leathers, to give you a hardwearing and long lasting bag. However, all leather ages differently and it is important to look after your bag. We would recommend that you do not use harsh chemicals on your bag, as it may discolour the leather. Please take care to avoid rubbing your leather bag against rough and sharp surfaces.
Water can also discolour the bag, if your bag gets wet please pat down the bag with dry paper towels and leave to dry naturally. If you do need to clean your leather, we suggest you use a lightly damp cloth and gently wipe down your product. We would recommend for you to treat your leather product with a leather treatment once a year (Varying on how often you use the product).

Delivery and Shipping Cost
For our UK customers we provide FREE delivery for any orders.
For any customers in Europe we charge £20.00 for the delivery of your purchase.
For the rest of the world we charge £30.00 for the delivery of your purchase.
Delivery of Items
All items will be delivered to the address that is specified in your order. However, we will be in touch if there is any reason why we cannot deliver to your chosen address.
Following the shipment of the order from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your parcel. Please see your estimated delivery timeframe below:
UK: 3-5 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
Rest of World: 5-10 Working days
All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the items) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
You will only own the items once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the items.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left inviting you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. If you are not in when a second delivery attempt is made, another note will be left asking you to call to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you are not in when a third attempt is made, the parcel will be returned to the courier's warehouse and you will be contacted. We will refund you for the value of the items ordered but not for the delivery charge.
If after five working days following notification of the tracking number, you have not received the parcel or a delivery note, you must contact our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org. If the parcel is found, it will be sent to you immediately. In the event that the parcel has been lost, we will refund the total amount of the order including delivery costs.
Naturally we hope you are completely satisfied with your Thorndale purchase, however if for any reason you do need to return it, please take the following steps:
To return an order either for a refund or an exchange, please complete the returns form which is placed inside your parcel. If you no longer have the returns form, please ensure you have given us a copy of your name and order number with your returned parcel along with the reason for the return, if you wish to exchange the item please let us know what you require.
We currently offer Free UK returns. To arrange your UK return, please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a postage label to be sent to you. You may be required to drop the parcel off at the selected post office or collection point. We will try to ensure it is close to your location.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of returns outside of the UK, so please liaise with a convenient courier to arrange the return. It is in your best interest to post the return on a 'signed for' delivery to make sure the parcel arrives with us safely. It can take up to 7 working days (21 working days for international returns) to receive a delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.

All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded (up to the value of the contract price) where the value of the goods are diminished from your handling of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
